Tips
Why does a pod leak? A systematic check
Leaks often result from a combination of sealing, fill level, temperature, draw style and liquid viscosity.
Pod and seals
Cracks, displaced plugs, dirty contacts or damaged seals are common causes. Replace a damaged pod rather than gluing or opening it.
Filling and temperature
Do not fill above the mark and close the fill port fully. Large temperature changes can alter pressure; store the device upright and protected from heat.
Liquid and draw style
Use only approved liquid viscosity. Extremely hard draws can pull more liquid into the coil than it can aerosolise, encouraging gurgling or leakage.
